scan123.lt is an AI invoice scanning tool built for Lithuanian accounting. You upload an invoice and get a file ready for your accounting software or for the tax authority, with the company details already verified.

What you can upload

PDF, phone photos, Word, Excel, or a ZIP archive with many invoices. For accounting firms, a single ZIP with several companies is split into separate folders automatically.

Built in checks

Each invoice is checked against Registrų centras (company codes and names) and VIES (EU VAT numbers), for both the supplier and the buyer. Possible duplicates and swapped buyer or seller codes are flagged for your review, so errors do not slip into your books.

Pricing

10 ct (EUR 0.10) per document up to 2 pages. The Starter plan is EUR 5 per month (50 documents) and the Accountant plan is EUR 15 per month (100 documents plus multi company splitting). You get 20 documents free with no card. See also how to generate an i.SAF XML file.
